Our Legacy
Every day, we go to work and strive to accomplish two things: provide the South African corporate dominion with innovative solutions and in return strengthen our country as a whole. This was true when The Distribution Centre (Pty) Ltd (TDC) was established in 2016, and remains just as true today.
TDC is a self-started, forward-looking company focused on providing services with innovative solutions that are needed for the 21st century.
So how did TDC come to be where it is today?
Formally registered in 2016, TDC explored the warehousing and distribution services. However, this was short-lived due to operational changes. A few odd years later, TDC found opportunities within the legal, marketing and recruitment sphere. Today, TDC group of companies has three divisions: TDC Legal, TDC Marketing and TDC Recruitment.
During the early ages of TDC, the company came upon an opportunity to provide an innovative solution for legal libraries throughout South Africa. Today, formally known as TDC Legal, is the only company in South Africa to provide this essential service throughout the country and has secured offices in the Western Cape, Eastern Cape, Gauteng and Kwazulu-Natal. The company’s operation throughout South Africa has acquired them anchor customers such as The National Prosecuting Authority, The Department of Justice, Legal Aid South Africa, Western Cape Government, Department of International Relations and the top five large law firms in the country.
TDC’s continuous devotion towards providing innovative solutions for the 21st century soon led to the establishment of TDC Marketing. Since then TDC Marketing has secured 18 brands that provide a comprehensive range of promotional products and corporate gifts. Today, TDC Marketing offers an obliging service of sourcing promotional and corporate gifts from both proudly South African manufacturers and major local importers to assist South African businesses in optimizing their marketing budgets.
TDC soon after entered the recruitment industry that proved to be constantly changing. However, TDC Recruitment’s seasoned team stayed abreast to these recruitment trends and today has over 20 years’ of experience in providing top talent to clients.
